Maca Vegan Chia Pudding

Maca Chia Pudding


1 13.5 oz can Organic Non-Gmo Coconut Milk

¼ cup Local Maple Syrup

½ cup Organic Chia Seeds to create your desired thickness

more = thicker less = thinner

Note: The amount above will make a thicker pudding.

3 tbsp Organic Maca Root Powder

Pinch of Organic Cinnamon

1 tsp Wildcraft Apothecary


Mix all the ingredients except for the Chia Seeds by hand with a whisk, in a blender, or with a Vitamix until smooth & combined. Pour into serving vessel & add the chia seeds. Wisk & chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Stirring occasionally may improve consistency, but is not necessary. Dust with cinnamon if desired when complete.

The options are endless to personalize your pudding, try adding fruit, nuts, chocolate, cacao, & other spices!
